It is established in line with the 14th Five-Year Plan for the development of the health industry in Hubei Province and the plan of Wuhan as a nationally influential scientific and technological innovation center. As a market-oriented entity focusing on technology innovation, achievement transformation, and industrial incubation in the health and wellness industry, it serves as a platform for global academicians, experts, and professors to jointly participate in governance, construction, and sharing. It is an organization for equity investment and financing of a series of health and wellness technology start-up projects, a service institution for technology transfer and technological breakthroughs in the health and wellness industry, and a construction institution for pilot bases of health and wellness technology industry applications (Wuhan). Wuhan Institute of Health Tech Industry is a new type of research and innovation organization established in Wuhan under the coordination of the HBRNTI & market-oriented bodies, with the support of the Authority Committee of the Wuhan East Lake High-tech District. It is mainly responsible for demonstrating and piloting application scenarios of health and wellness technology industries and industrial planning based on the construction of Wuhan new city and the world’s Optics Valley of Wuhan. According to the needs of industrial application scenarios, it carries out technology transfer for mature technologies and organizes technological breakthroughs R&D for immature technologies. It is responsible for promoting the clustering and facilitating the high-quality development of the regional health and wellness technology industry. Wuhan Institute of Health Tech Industry is established as a non-profit organization by local laws and regulations, whose supervisory authority is Wuhan National Biotech Industry Base Construction & Management Office. It operates under the leadership of a board of council, with the dean being responsible for its operations. Its scope mainly includes technological innovation, achievement transformation, and industrial incubation in Wuhan’s health tech industry, alongside with carrying out “Talen\Capital\Industry recruitment and Incubation” activities in the health industry and fulfilling the task of the government and authorities.

CRNTI mainly works for fundraising and investment management. The centre consists of an asset management company, with teams of venture capital funds and industrial funds. The healthcare venture capital fund is mainly used for providing seed investment for early rehabilitation and nursing scientific and technological achievements from Higher education bodies; the healthcare industry investment fund is mainly used for the development of healthcare industrial parks and industrial demonstration zones, providing a space carrier for the healthcare industry cluster and industrial demonstration, and at the same time providing capital support to the operation and maintenance team.

CRNKT mainly works to look for effective investment targets and provide post-investment value-added services. Through big data and academic professional due diligence to mine effective knowledge transfer projects and investment targets, and provide research results for early projects through pilot test maturity to the last mile of commercial services. At the beginning of its establishment, CRNKT cooperated with the University of Leeds in the United Kingdom, and at the same time reached a comprehensive co-construction with Wuhan University of Technology and other well-known universities globally. Under the help of the local government, we started at Wuhan, and endeavour to provide service from central to the whole China.

CRNTM mainly works on cognize output, brand operation. CRNTM has built a series of knowledge transfer courses and an international lecturer team, which has formed an Online media matrix in this area. Through the MCN, we aim to deliver industry cognition and establish a positive public image to the public. Also, we endeavour to provide public relations and marketing services to other companies. CRNTM consists of several technology media companies and has done lots of cases in terms of big-data public sentiment and brand operation.
